Marksmanship

Marksmanship is one of the Hagerty's special competitive teams. The primary focus of Marksmanship is teaching competitive Olympic style shooting of an air rifle. This gives cadets the opportunity to engage in friendly competition as well as learning discipline and patience.

Here in the Husky Battalion, our Marksmanship teams practice on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays after school, monitored by a range officer, in order to prepare for shooting competitively against other cadets and schools. These competitions include competitions at host schools and in competitions such as State Qualifiers, State and National Level competitions.

CPT Rosarius is responsible to recruit members, and assign roles. She also schedules practices, events, and coordinates the Marksmanship competitions. This is often facilitated through the chain of command staff.
